Music has been my passion for as long as I can remember. It brings me the greatest joy to be able to express myself through an instrument and it also brings me so much joy to guide others in finding and nurturing their musical voice and talent.
As your guide, I will teach you what you want to learn. If you want to learn how to read notation and play songs from sheet music, or if you want to learn your favourite songs from spotify, or how to write your own songs, together we can achieve your goals.
I have studied royal conservatory, diverse genres and techniques with an ethnomusicologist and have years of experience writing, playing, recording and touring with bands.
Over years of teaching, many people have told me that they regret quitting music lessons as a child or they wish they knew how to play an instrument but now believe it is too late to start. One of my goals is now to find you and help you to realize that it is NEVER too late. I invite those people who have that niggling but neglected desire to learn guitar or ukulele to join me and DO IT. You will find joy in the learning and musical expression and it will be my absolute pleasure to help you get there!
